Vitalwork Vital Hiring Insights™ Brochure

Unlike many of Vitalwork's consultative and development services, Vital Hiring Insights is a customized web-based tool. Clients use it to apply Vitalwork's proprietary knowledge about effective hiring to screen, interview and evaluate candidates for workforce positions. This brochure was meant to act as a sales-call visual aid, so we created a comprehensive at-a-glance process chart and presented it in a double-size center fold-out spread.

We all agreed it was too generic and didn't begin to accurately describe what made the Vitalwork service offering different—its ability to bring people to a place where they intentionally choose leadership for themselves— from wherever they are in the organization.
